-Update-

Nexon has officially announced that they will be opening the South Korean server on the 25th of October at 03:00 CET. This means all Nexon users will be able to sign-up and play Dota 2 without a beta key following the date while current users are able to keep playing the game unhindered and most possibly keep their current in-game stats.

The announcement came following Perfect World's, Valve's Dota 2 distributor in China, announcement to roll the Chinese server out to everybody. With the South Korean server now out of the way, all of Valve's current servers will be open for all at the appointed date.

Alongside the opening of the Dota 2 servers will also be the release of three workshop items created by Korean workshop artists.
