Following the DDosS attacks that prevented Virtus.Pro from playing in the Dota 2 Asian Championship qualifiers, the organization took drastic measures against their Dota 2 manager, Andrey Kvasnevsky.
Yesterday, Virtus.Pro admitted via an official post on their website that their Dota 2 team was dealing with DDoS attacks during their games versus Effect and LQ in the DAC qualifiers group stage. Today, VP’s General Manager, Roman Dvoryankin announced his decision to fire Andrey Kvasnevsky, the team Manager. Andrey Kvasnevsky took on himself all the blame for the bootcamp choices made for the Dota 2 team and all the issues that occurred with the internet connection at their location in Krasnodar, Russia.
