White-Ra: Personally I'm not really that excited at the moment, I had to play with players from China many times, but also during the championship tournaments in China for StarCraft 1.
From what you've seen, what do you think of Asian SC2?
White-Ra: They practice very much, and Asian gamers have always been very strong.
What do you think about the level of the European SC2 compared to the rest of the world at the moment?
White-Ra: It's hard to say right now, because we have not seen that many international tournaments. But I think the European players are one of the best right now. The competitiveness in Europe is pretty huge.
How does it feel to be a part of the European team for the Asia vs Europe StarLeague event?
White-Ra: We have always battled each other, in StarCraft 1, WarCraft 3 and now StarCraft. I want to show my best games and grant the win for Europe!
How do you think that the fact it's a continent and not a nation fighting will affect the team spirit?
White-Ra: It's better, because now all of Europe will support us.
How are you going to prepare your matches, any partners you practice more with than others?
White-Ra: Like before, I only play ladder as it's good practice. You always want to play versus top players when practicing, and up there everyone want a good fight and of course win.
What are you predictions for the event? Who will win and why?
White-Ra: It's hard to say. I hope we will be free of the lag issues, as it is very infectious in the game level.
Do you have any shoutouts?
White-Ra: In advance I wish to thank everyone for your support. We will try to achieve success in order to extract a victory for Europe!
