David "Jayzwalkingz" Kempner will no longer play for Fnatic Academy as a stand-in as Fnatic announced they have loaned the player from Crowns.

David "Jayzwalkingz" Kempner has been standing in for Fnatic Academy since the team parted ways with Aleksandar "jayzaR" Zarkovic last month. During his stand-in period, Fnatic Academy attended iGame Winter Invitational and DreamHack Open: Leipzig 2017. Despite their average showing at DreamHack Leipzig, the team failed to deliver at iGame Winter Invitational by finishing last in the group stage.

Apart from these two events, Fnatic Academy are currently competing in ESEA Premier and StarLadder i-League Season 3 qualifiers. From now on, Kempner will officially be a part of Fnatic Academy as Fnatic announced they have reached an agreement with Crowns over loaning the 20 year-old AWPer. It has also announced that the sides agreed a future buyout fee should Fnatic decides to transfer him.

The next LAN event for Fnatic Academy will be China Cup on March 17th-19th as they received an invite from the organizers. In China, they will be looking for their second title after China TOP.

Fnatic Academy field the following roster:

Sweden Niclas "PlesseN" Plessen
Sweden Linus "Bååten" Andersson
Sweden Alex "Karus" Sa?lamo?lu
Sweden Maikil "Golden" Selim
Sweden David "Jayzwalkingz" Kempner
