VALORANT Regional Leagues 2022 CIS: Milestone Stage 1 is an online tournament for CIS teams organized by Riot Games and GIG.ME. The open qualifier will feature 128 teams in a single-elimination bracket playoff. The top four teams will qualify for the closed qualifiers. Eight teams will play in the regular season. The top 5 teams advance to the Playoffs.
