LTD. and our affiliates (“we”, “us” or “our”) which references this Terms of Service (together with the Site, the “Services”).

Only users that are above the age of 16 are eligible to use our Services.

We do not warrant that our Services will be provided uninterrupted or free from errors or that any identified defect will be corrected. In addition, no warranty is given in relation to our Services being free from any virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, programme or macro. 

We endeavour to provide our Services to the highest quality and to provide consistent coverage about teams, players, and tournaments in the competitive video games field. We are not an online gambling operator or gambling site of any kind. However, we do not warrant or make any representation concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials provided by us. The materials provided in connection with our Services might include technical, typographical or media content related errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials provided in connection with our Services are accurate, complete or current. We may make changes to the materials provided by us at any time without notice. We do not, however, make any commitment to update the materials provided by us.

Modification, Distribution or Reproduction of Materials

All text, graphics, content displayed on the Site and/or in connection with our Services and the selection or arrangement thereof are our copyright. You are permitted to electronically copy and print in hard copy portions of the aforesaid materials and content for personal and non-commercial use only. The following use of content and materials without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited:

• use of the materials, including but not limited to reproduction, modification, distribution or republication for any purpose other than the aforesaid without citing us as the source and without our prior written consent;
• attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise interfere with any software contained in our Services;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from our materials and/or content; and
• transfer the materials to another person or duplicate the materials on another server (manually or via web scraping or similar data mining techniques).

Termination and Prohibited Conduct

We may withdraw or amend our Services, and any related service or content, or restrict access (including by means of cancellation, termination, or modification, or suspension of a user account) to all or certain users (including you) without notice and without liability to you in our discretion. Additionally, due to your geographic location, our Services or some of their features, services, or content may be unavailable to you. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, we may terminate or suspend access to our Services based on your breach of this Terms of Service.

We shall have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, refuse or remove any content for any or no reason, including any content that violates this Terms of Service or is otherwise considered objectionable by us.

The following types of conduct are prohibited and, if exhibited by you, may be subject to our enforcement rights:

• vulgar, obscene, hateful, abusive, political or religious content; 
• disclosure of private information or content that is not your own or that you do not have the right to provide to the public, such as phone numbers, addresses or other contact information that is not your own and private information such as social security numbers, copyrighted content or trade secrets and off-topic content not relevant to our community;
• usage of our Services in any way other than the intended use;
• advertising or promoting third-party’s products, services or organizations without our prior written consent;
• publishing content or links to content that contain viruses, trojan horses, logic bombs, infinite loops, system despoilers, mainframe viruses, trap doors, zero bugs or similar destructive features that may damage someone else's computer;
• duplicating or excessively repeating submissions in one or more areas;
• publishing content used to impersonate another person;
• publishing content or behaviour that violates any applicable laws;
• publishing content or behaviour that interferes with the operation of the Site and/or our Services or with another member's ability to use the Site and/or our Services;
• evading controls such as bans, or otherwise disregarding the directions of the moderators or administrators;
• creating multiple accounts for one person, as identified via similar behaviour patterns, similar IP used or other identification methods; and
• usage of proxies or other services to hide or cloak your identity. 

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any losses or damages, including but not limited to the following losses or damages (whether such losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise):

• loss of data;
• loss of revenue or anticipated profits;
• loss of business;
• loss of opportunity;
• loss of goodwill or injury to reputation;
• losses suffered by third-parties; 
• any direct, indirect, consequential, special, other damage or exemplary damages arising from the use of and transmission from the Site and/or in connection with our Services to your computer systems of viruses, worms, trojan horses or other destructive items, however caused, such damage to include, without limitation, loss of profits, interruption to business, loss of whole or any part of a programme or any data howsoever stored, whether saved on a computer system or otherwise; or
• loss of profits or any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Terms of Service. 

We urge you to take your own precaution in all respects.

Further, to the full extent permissible by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this Terms of Service will not exceed the total amounts you have paid (if any) to us under this Terms of Service during the six (6) months immediately preceding the events giving rise to such liability. 

User Contributions

Our Services may contain interactive features that allow you to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content or materials to us, the public and/or other users (“User Contributions”).  

All User Contributions must comply with this Terms of Service and must not be abusive, defamatory, illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and must not consist of or contain software viruses, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.”

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User Contributions and that such User Contributions are accurate and not fraudulent or deceptive; and that the User Contributions do not violate this Terms of Service or the rights (intellectual property rights or otherwise) of any third parties, and will not cause injury to any person or entity. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the User Contributions you provide. You understand that your User Contributions may be copied by third parties and discussed on and outside of the Site and/or our Services, and if you do not have the right to submit User Contributions for such use, it may subject you to liability. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any User Contributions. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, our respective officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorney fees) resulting from our User Contribution and/or violation of this Terms of Service. 

Any User Contribution shall be and remain our property. Such User Contributions shall constitute an assignment to us of all rights, titles, interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the User Contributions, which shall be royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Contribution throughout the world in any manner.

We have the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any User Contributions. We may also terminate your access to all or part of the Site and/or usage of our Services for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of this Terms of Service. We may exercise these rights at any time, without notice or liability to you or any third party.

Our Site and/or our Services may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not make any representations as to the security, quality or propriety of any websites which may be accessed through the Site and/or our Services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and/or privacy policy of any third-party websites that you visit and/or goods and services you request for.

We have no control over the nature, content and availability of such websites and/or the services and products provided therein. The inclusion of any links on the Site and/or our Services does not in any way imply a recommendation or endorsement of the views expressed within them.

Governing law
