Sponsor: The Gosu Awards: Wild Rift Champions SEA Finals Edition is sponsored by Gosu Media (Europe) Limited, 52, St Christopher Street, Valletta, Malta VLT 1462 (the “Sponsor”).
Description: The Gosu Awards: Wild Rift Champions SEA Finals Edition (the Game) is devised as a non-gambling promotion and is intended solely for entertainment purposes. “Entrant” (as defined below) is required to vote in any choice of categories and each Entrant is allowed to vote more than once a day.
Eligibility: The Game is open to all who are eighteen (18) years and above (PROVIDED THAT if the age of eighteen (18) years shall not be the minimum age of majority for the Entrant’s respective state/province/territory of residence then the Entrant is requires to strictly abide by the legislation governing the same), (hereinafter referred to as “Entrant”). PLEASE NOTE THAT Employees, officers, directors, agents and/or representatives of the Sponsor, Gosu Media or each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, advertising/promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Related Parties”) including but not limited to each of their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, shall not be eligible to participate and/or to submit any entry to the Game. Any participation shall be void where prohibited by law. Participation is subject to all applicable national, federal, state and local laws.
Game Period: The Game is scheduled to start no later than 3PM Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT+8”) on May 15, 2022. The Game is scheduled to end at 3PM GMT +8 on May 29, 2022 (“Game Period”).
The Sponsor shall reserve the rights to amend any terms herein provided including but not limited to the dates without any prior notice. To Participate:
- To participate, during the Game Period visit www.GosuGamers.net (“the Website”) and click on the Gosu Awards banners, buttons and/or links to access the Game registration page. Participation is free. To particiapte, complete and submit the Game Registration form according to the instructions provided. Participants are allowed to vote once a day during the Game Period. As part of the registration process, you will be asked if you wish to receive promotional emails from the GosuGamers and your agreement to the same shall solely based on your own volition and discretion. Such Agreement is not a pre-requisite for you to sign up or participate in this Game, and shall not in any manner whatsoever affect the chances of your winning. All information and details provided by the Entrants must be current, accurate and authentic. The use of script, macro or any other device to automate or subvert the registration process is prohibited and all such registrations will be void. Registration form submissions will be accepted throughout the Game Period, in accordance with the terms of these Official Rules.
Winner Selection/Notification: Only registered Entrants with valid e-mail addresses will stand a chance to win prizes in a raffle draw. The Winners will be selected in the manner as provided above. The Winners will be notified on or about June 30, 2022 by e-mail. Entrants are solely responsible for checking their e-mail inboxes to find out whether they are the Winners. The Winners will be receiving his/her respective prize via email within 6-8 weeks upon being notified of his/her winning. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable and the Sponsor is unable to reach the Winner, or if the Winner is found to have breached any of the Official Rules or terms herein, the Sponsor reserves the rights to nullify and disqualify the Grand Winner and to substitute with other winning Entrant next in line who shall be determined in accordance to the manner expressly provided above at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Ten (10) Consolation Prizes: One (1) Wild Rift Wrist Band / Poro Stress Ball
Miscellaneous:
Each Entrant at his/her own volition irrevoably accepts and agrees to accept and be bound by the terms herein, these Official Rules and any the decisions made by the Sponsor at its sole discretion, which shall be deemed final and binding in all respects.
The administration of the Game including but not limited to the manner, criteria and/or methods for the selection, announcement of winner and/or the distribution of prizes shall be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and such decision(s) shall be final. The Sponsor reserves the absolute right to amend, alter, change, ,substitute and/or modify the Game at any time during the Game Period without any prior consent should the Sponsor deems the same as necessary.
No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of a prize (or portion thereof) is permitted. The Sponsor shall reserve the right to change, replace or substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at the Sponsor’s sole discretion without any prior notification. All federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and usage of the prize shall solely be borne by the Winner save for those expressly provided by the Sponsor as described in these Official Rules. Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Game, the Winner hereby irrevocably grants his/her respective consent to the Sponsor and the Related Parties to publish, advertise, disclose and/or circulate their name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state) worldwide and in all forms of media both online and offline without any prior consent.
Entrants are responsible for any charges of online service providers or wireless carriers. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to: 1) disqualify any person (and nullify his/her points) who tampers with the submission process, the operation of the Game, or any other component of this Game, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules and/or terms herein; 2) modify, suspend or terminate this Game (or any portion thereof) without any prior consent.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR SHALL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES AND REMEDIES AVAILABLE IN ALL FORMS WHATSOEVER INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PECUNIARY AND CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES FROM ANY SUCH PURPORTED ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
The Sponsor and/or the Related Parties reserve the right to amend, alter, substitute and/or modify the Official Rules and/or the terms herein without any prior consent. This is a Game designed to increase Entrants’ awareness of and interest in the services provided by the Sponsor and/or Related Parties.
This Game shall not be used or utilized in any forms or manner whatsoever for any activities relating to gambling or betting either directly and/or indirectly by any parties. Any entry or transaction that is incomplete, late, or does not include a validly issued The Gosu Awards: Wild Rift Champions SEA Finals Edition account or username shall be deemed as null and void. In the event that the Game is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, the Sponsor shall reserve the right to suspend, discontinue or modify the Game, or to disqualify any Entrants residing in the affected geographic areas without any prior consent. In such event, the Sponsor shall have no liability to any Entrants who are disqualified due to such aforesaid supervening event.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties:
The Sponsor and/or any of the Related Parties shall not be responsible for: i) any lost, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, late, delayed, undelivered or misdirected entries, registrations, predictions or submissions; ii) theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, registrations, predictions or submissions; iii) failures or malfunctions of phones, phonelines or telephone systems; iv) interrupted or unavailable network or unavailability of the Website or any server, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), or other connections; v) any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; vi) traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Game; vii) errors in these Official Rules, in any Game-related advertisements or other materials; viii) any comments or other material on the Website; ix) the tabulating of points, the cancellation, suspension or preemption of any games, or other unavailability of players, scoring tabulations or timing errors or other problems or errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise.
Each Entrant hereby irrevocably agrees that the Sponsor and/or the Related Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by Entrant(s) for (1) any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage suffered by Entrants, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or arising from the participation of this Game, and (2) any and all taxes and other fees payable arising from their partipation of this Game or applicable to the prizes received by the Winner.
FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF ANY DOUBT, IN NO EVENT WILL THE SPONSOR AND/OR THE RELATED PARTIES BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE AND/OR THE GAME, DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE SERVICE. THE GAME AND THE SERVICE INCLUDING THE PRIZES IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS WHERE IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEE, WARRANTY AND ASSURANCE OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THE ENTRANT(S) HEREBY IRREVOCABLY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE ENTRANT HAS BEEN STRONGLY ADVISED BY THE SPONSOR TO SEEK INDEPENDENCE LEGAL ADVISE FOR ALL MATTERS IN RELATION TO THEIR PARTICIPATION OF THIS GAME AND HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE OFFICIAL RULES AND ALL TERMS HEREIN PROVIDED AND FURTHER AT THE ENTRANT(S)’ OWN VOLITION IRREVOCABLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE OFFICIAL RULES AND TERMS HEREIN.
Privacy: The Sponsor and/or the Related Parties are hereby authorised by the Entrants to collect, collate, store, record and/or process all data from the Entrants on th basis of consent through their participation in the Game. All this data and/or information duly collected by the Sponsor and/or Related Parties may be combined with other information that the Entrant has submitted to them. Personal data collected from the Website is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.gosugamers.net/privacy and will be handled in accordance with that policy and subject to any specific privacy choices communicated by the Entrant to the Sponsor.
