It was one of the most controversial affairs in the recent history of Heroes of Newerth, but in the end compLexity Gaming gets a spot in the quarterfinals of the SoundBlaster Heroes League.

With a delay of more than 4 days compLexity Gaming against the upset team from the Qualifiers Bye Team finally took place. Initially some controversy arose around this match with the immediate report from the casters, that compLexity Gaming couldn't field a full team at the scheduled time and therefor should have to forfeit. On top of that reports stated that Bye Team had no interest in considering a reschedule, as it was their right.
After that the game got pushed back regardless and was finally played tonight - not without controversy in it's own right. To keep the schedule compLexity Gaming had to "forfeit" their HoN Tour Diamond Division Lower Bracket Finals match against Absolute Legends. They didn't use a "hard" forfeit on the match, but instead decided to play the games and conceded after 15 minutes. By doing that they avoided the forfeit rule in the HoN Tour Rule Book that states to strip teams of 50% of their prize money and prize points if they decide to forfeit a game.
As for the match itself compLexity Gaming had not much problems with the newcomers from Bye Team, who upset Another Dimension to gain entry into the coveted Championship Bracket. coL will now have to face a tougher challenge in the quarterfinals with Tt eSports awaiting them.
