Fourth Diamond Division Championship for Trademark eSports

For the fourth time the Diamond Division was won by the most dominant team of the last couple of month - Trademark eSports. The European squad once again rushed through the Upper Bracket and let zero doubt about their dominance in the scene.

It is becoming almost a bi-weekly thing that Trademark eSports is totally crushing every single competitor in their way to win the crown of the Diamond Division. For the fourth time the Europeans around their star drafter and captain Mynuts have won the coveted league and the attached $4,000 USD and 4,000 points.

This time they had to go through The Fire Rises, Absolute Legends, QsQ and One Trick Pony to reach the Grand Final, were they once again met their new nemesis in Stay Green. In the fourth cycle those to combatants delivered an epic four-game series that lasted for more than four hours and ended with tdM edging out the rivals from South Beach. In Cycle Five the finals only went for three maps with Trademark putting away their opponents with more ease and a lot quicker.

Every time Trademark eSports has reached even the Upper Bracket Finals, they have been ending the Cycle as the champion. This time they only lost two maps in total, the same amount that they lost in the previous won. Overall Trademark is only looking back at two series defeats, both coming in Cycle Three.

For their new main rivals Stay Green the cycle started with a big upset when they got pushed into the Lower Bracket on the first day of the competition. One Trick Pony caught them off guard with their aggressive style and unique lineups and made the whole cycle a lot more entertaining and exciting as a result. From that moment on Stay Green had to fight against the best of the best including Tt eSports, compLexity Gaming, QsQ and Lions eSports, just to get the rematch with One Trick Pony in the Lower Bracket Final.

Unfortunately for OTP that game, as well as the entire weekend turned into a pretty one-sided affair including a 15-minute concede in Game 2 of the LB Finals. Despite the winless second weekend One Trick Pony can look back at their best cycle so far, landing on a great third place for the young team. Now they will get a veteran in Mark 'Tralfamadore' Seidl to push them to the next level.
