Pacific.Emaxx emerge as champions of GEST July ahead of Neolution, who finish second place after an incredible performance this weekend. iZONE settle for third place after defeat Cambodia's SVR_Es in the third place decider.

It has been one month since Badburn claimed the Gigabyte eSports Tournament championship title in June. Just as they returned this month with the drive to do it all over again, a seemingly revitalized Neolution stepped up their game and attempted to stop the Filipino powerhouse, but Pacific.Emaxx were too strong for them.

Neolution were able to stretch the best of three match into a third game, but stream onlookers saw just how one-sided the grand finals were for all three games. Pacific.Emaxx claimed an early lead in game one and never allowed the Thai powerhouse back in the game, while Neolution did the same in game two.

When it came down to the deciding match, it was Pacific.Emaxx's determination who ultimately pulled through for them. The team joins MSIEvoGT as the only two teams to win two GEST titles, but they are certainly the first to do so in back to back editions of the monthly tournament.

Will Neolution do better next time, and is the Filipino defense finally showing weakness? Stay tuned next month.

Standings:
1st Place: Philippines Pacific.Emaxx ($1,500)
2nd Place: Thailand Neolution ($700)
3rd Place: Philippines iZONE125 ($300)
