With the second season of GSTL 2012 coming on May 28th, teams around the world have started forging alloys to build stronger, more versatile rosters. Thus, GOM's team league just got more awesome, knowing that there will be more foreigners competing and MC will not be left behind.
The first duo is that of Evil Geniuses and SlayerS, team house partners since October 2011, and the leading Korean team will welcome HuK, Thorzain, JYP and Puma in its GSTL roster. SlayerS' founder, Yo Hwan "Boxer" Lim had this to say:
- “I believe that the SlayerS-EG joint team is the strongest team in the league, and while we have not done well since our two consecutive titles, we would like use this joint team opportunity to win our third title.”
In the other news, SK.MC is back in the GSTL and since they are currently a one-man team, SK-Gaming have partnered up with Incredible Miracle to see the "Boss Toss" compete in the team league.
Finally, since oGs faced disbandment, all their GSTL opponents (as well as the GSL opponents of oGs players) will get a walkover victory.
