- "My skill level is far below that of our pro-team members. After every internal practice match, I grasp the feeling that I have to work and practice much harder in order to defeat them," says SON in an interview at the team's website.

SoN, who joined Fnatic's Korean StarCraft 2 academy in January 12, is known for his mutalisk micro management. He mentions how he looks up to DongRaeGu because of his formidable mutalisk usage.
- I believe he possesses the most formidable mutalisk-usage out of all professional zerg players at the moment, said SoN.

The check-up interview also brings up how he wants to win an MLG tournament as he believes it is the biggest tournament in the North American region. His goals for this year, however, is to pass the GSL qualifiers and publicize himself to the StarCraft 2 fans who he is.

SoN is currently ranked seventh in Masters League with a 74-78 score. His best attempt in getting into the GSL was in October last year where he lost in the preliminaries' Round of 8 to Oz.
