Team mTw interviewed their zerg ace Dmitriy "Dimaga" Filipchuk after his return from the HSC 4 in Krefeld. "I did expect Korean dominance," said Dimaga in addition to sharing his pleasant memories from his time at Take's appartment.
Dimaga, the one of only two foreign players to reach the top eight at Krefeld, is happy to be home once again after a lengthy journey. The Ukrainian Zerg, who fought through players such as Grubby, DarkForce and Adelscott before finally falling to JYP, has plenty of positive HSC 4 emotions to share.
- "Sure it was always fun to be at the Homestory Cup because you can do a lot of fun things like StarCraft 2 or playing poker and see other SC2 games its pretty cool"
Is Dimaga pleased with his performance, however, and did he anticipate the tournament going to the Easterners once again? It seems "Yes" is the answer to both questions.
- "Yeah, I was satisfied with my gamplay because I did advance to the next rounds! Everything went pretty good and nothing was bad. Over and above that I did expect korean dominance."
What's in next for Dimaga is the IEM Global Challenge in Kiev where he will fight on home ground and will be in the company of HerO, qxc and Feast in the group stage. As for February, Dimaga says there are a couple of options before him in addition to doing LAN events and show matches.
