James Mitchell Leads EPT London After Day 3

Day 3 of the European Poker Tour's popular London stop is complete. The first two days saw former gamer Benny ‘psychobenny’ Spindler dominate play and surge to a nice chip lead. On Day 3 the momentum shifted to James Mitchell who finished as the only player over one million chips. Day 3 started with 159 players of the original 691 trying to make the money bubble of the top 104 players. The day finished with 62 players remaining.

Notables still playing for a big payday include Barny Boatman, Humberto Brenes, Viktor “Isildur1” Blom's older brother Sebastian, Roberto Romanello, and Benny Spindler.

Notables making the money on Day 3, but busting included Doyle Brunson (77th), Toby Lewis (78th), Bryn Kenney (89th), and Jeffrey Sarwer (95th). Three big names made Day 3 but didn't make the money; Jason Mercier, Jake Cody and November Niner Eoghan O’Dea.
