It's time for another tournament on our new platform, yet again just for the sake of testing it and having fun by playing StarCraft.
So, what do you need? You need to be available on Sunday, 19CET, and have an account on GosuGamers, which you can still easily create, and it doesn't matter how good or bad you are, come to have fun and meet great people.
The new tournament platform is available over at https://www.gosugamers.net/tournaments and it has alot of new features and fixes compared to the old system.
Why should you bother helping? Because by helping us test it, you help the whole community! Why is that, you may ask. That is because we want to provide you with a working platform which we then can use to host our tournament on, which will contain money prizes for you guys!
Sounds great? Make sure to sign up, and this week I personally made sure you get a mappool with some of the latest maps, and also Fighting Spirit, because most people are just loving that map.
So, where can you sign up? That's easy, head over to https://www.gosugamers.net/tournaments and login with your GosuGamers account, then go to your profile and add a gaming account, which should be the iCCup account you want to use in the tournament under which other players can contact you if you are their opponent. After that go to the tournament's page here: https://www.gosugamers.net/tournaments/19-ggplay-sc-bw-beta-cup-2 and register for the tournament.
It's important to not forget to check-in on Sunday, you will be given 60 minutes to do so and the system should send you a PM on the side to remind you and you should also receive an E-mail for your PM, if there is a problem with you not getting these, or any other sort of problem, contact me directly via PM or use our feedback thread in general.
Now, if you are unsure if you have all of the maps in their latest version, I've made you guys a little mappack containing the melee, training and observer version for the map and also a picture.
The new platform also shows the maps for each round and you should be able to view the picture there if you are unsure what the map looks like again.
