The MPLI 2023 will bring new Group Drawing that will be determine by "fan Vote". MPLI 2023 will also bring previous region like Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Cambodia with an addition of 3 new region, North America, MENA, and China. Sixteen teams will be participating in the tournament. They will be divided into 4 single round robin groups where top 2 teams of each group will advance to the Playoffs. The playoffs is a hybrid elimination bracket and all other matches, aside from Bo5 Grand Final, are bo3.
