Toledo Matsuri 23-24

Toledo Matsuri 23-24 is an offline event in Toledo which serves as a Tier 2 event for Circuito Tormenta 23-24. It consists of two online qualifiers with two teams qualifying for the LAN final. In addition to that, an online event is held where the teams compete for circuit points exclusively.
