In what seems to be a trend in the EU LCS scene, another support player has been removed from his respective roster.
From their official website, Lemondogs announced that support player Bram "wewillfailer" de Winter had been officially removed from the squad. This would make him the third support player out from EU LCS, following Edward from Gambit, who left on his own terms, and nRated from Fnatic, who was recently removed as well.
Marcel "dexter1“ Feldkamp, Lemondogs' jungler, has this explanation:
?
"There were some problems in the past and we decided to give him a fair second chance which he deserved. After playing Sweden and Russia we felt like that his old behaviour was slowly coming back and some member of our team felt offended by it. In addition there was also a problem with him moving into a gaming house because of specific reasons I dont want to bring up. Regardless of that I respect him alot as a player and me and the team wish him the best of luck for his future with or without eSports."
?
Wewillfailer has posted his side of the story on his Facebook page, stating that there had been communication problems with his team, as well as a lack of practice, which he claimed to try and improve.
A quote from his post:
" [I am] trying to get people to practice as they should and trying to actually let ppl (sic) look at their mistakes and try to improve. To see this as a bad attitude and a irritating behaviour in a professional LoL team is kinda weird. In the first place I shouldn't even be mentioning that everyone should train and look at their mistakes but since they seemed to take it very relaxed I still tried. Without trying to actually mean bad because as I said before my team comes above everything else."
Replacing wewillfailer is Alfonso "Mithy" Aguirre Rodriguez, who had played for teams such as GIANTS, Wizards, and against All authority.
Regarding his recruitment, Mithy says that "playing with Lemondogs is actually pretty fun because I'm good friends with all the players since I knew them before I joined. And yeah it's always nice to play LCS and actually play vs decent players."
With a new support, the rookies aim to compete in the European LCS stronger than ever before.
