Global Poker Index: Jason Mercier Back at the Top

The Global Poker Index, a poker player ranking system that employs a formula taking a player’s results over six half-year periods, has released its weekly rankings of the world’s top 300 poker players. This week, tournament crusher and Team PokerStars Pro Jason Mercier has earned the top mark with a total score of 2,584.98. Mercier’s first place position marks a jump of only one spot, as he finished second in the week prior.
