Overwatch x Hatred's Reckoning event adds Diablo IV Lord of Hatred cosmetics in April

It looks like Mephisto’s evil plans have spread beyond Sanctuary.

Blizzard Entertainment is once again bringing the worlds of Overwatch and Diablo together. The game’s upcoming Overwatch x Hatred’s Reckoning event brings five all-new legendary skins to the game themed after Diablo characters, coinciding with the imminent release of Diablo IV’s Lord of Hatred expansion.

This follows the game’s previous Diablo IV collaboration, which gave Moira a Lilith-themed skin.

What is in the Overwatch x Hatred's Reckoning Diablo collab?

Overwatch is getting Diablo cosmetics this month via the upcoming Overwatch x Hatred's Reckoning collaboration. The collab kicks off on 28 April and runs until 18 May, featuring five brand-new legendary skins themed after Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred. These skins will dress Overwatch heroes up as characters from the game, a few of whom are exclusive to the upcoming expansion.

Here are all the Overwatch x Diablo cosmetics included in this crossover:

  • Ramattra x Mephisto
  • Brigitte x Paladin
  • Freja x Rogue
  • Lifeweaver x Warlock
  • Mauga x Druid

That’s not all, however. Four additional Overwatch x Diablo legendary skins from a previous crossover will also return in this event:

  • Pharah x Inarius
  • Moira x Lilith
  • Reinhardt x Imperius
  • Sombra x Gilded Hunter

These cosmetics can be purchased either in bundles or individually. The event will also feature event challenges, which also return from a past Overwatch x Diablo event, and a Crab with a Knife weapon charm.

Twitch Drops for the Overwatch x Hatred’s Reckoning event will also be available from 14 April to 10 May, allowing viewers to get a Wolf Pup Weapon Charm (one hour) or Sword Weapon Charm (two hours).

The Overwatch x Hatred's Reckoning event runs from 28 April to 18 May, 2026. You can also check out our review of Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred here.
