The next Fortnite collab is just around the ccorner.
Fortnite is lining up another major crossover, and this time it taps into a long-requested pick. Epic Games has confirmed a Ben 10 collaboration, with the first teaser pointing towards transformation mechanics being part of the package.
Epic Games shared a short teaser on the official Fortnite X account on 22 April, 2026, offering a quick but telling look at the crossover.
What does the Fortnite x Ben 10 teaser show?
The clip, which runs for under 10 seconds, centres on Ben Tennyson’s hand and the Omnitrix. The skin uses Fortnite’s cel-shaded style, similar to other animated crossovers already in the game. The design leans on the Ben 10: Ultimate Alien era, with Ben wearing his green jacket and the Ultimatrix clearly visible on his wrist.
Will Fortnite add Omnitrix transformations as a mechanic?
Transformations have been one of the most requested features for a Ben 10 crossover, and the teaser finally hints at it. With Heatblast and Alien X showing up, it looks like the skin could have something built in.
That said, there is no confirmation that the Omnitrix will be added as a Mythic item or lootable ability in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 2. While it remains a possibility, nothing official has indicated that it will impact gameplay beyond cosmetics.
Gwen Tennyson and more cosmetics teased for Fortnite x Ben 10
The crossover is not limited to Ben. According to Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR on X, Gwen Tennyson is also expected to be part of the release. She is likely to follow the same Ultimate Alien design and come with her own set of cosmetics, including back blings and emotes. The crossover is also expected to include Fortnite Kicks inspired by Wildmutt, adding another reference to the series.
The Fortnite x Ben 10 collaboration is set to go live on 24 April, at 8:00 PM ET, alongside the standard Item Shop reset. Players should see both Ben and Gwen skins available, along with a bundle that includes the full set of themed cosmetics.
