Street Fighter 6’s latest fighter gets a new trailer.
Street Fighter 6’s character roster is expanding with an unusual new DLC fighter: Ingrid. Ingrid is one of the franchise’s more obscure characters, having only appeared in two titles to date: Capcom Fighting Evolution (2004) and Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX (2006). This will be the character’s first appearance in a mainline Street Fighter game, introducing her to the ongoing canon at last.
Capcom also dropped a new trailer for the character, which you can watch below:

Who is Ingrid in Street Fighter 6?
Ingrid was first announced to be part of Street Fighter 6’s Year 3 DLC back in June 2025, arriving as a paid post-launch fighter for the game. This is her first canonical appearance in the franchise, having only appeared in spin-offs up to this point. Capcom’s teaser trailer for the character reveals that she comes from another world, and her fate has become intertwined with the player.
Here is Capcom’s description for the character:
“Your fate shall soon be linked. Ingrid, the final character to join the Street Fighter 6 Year 3 roster, is finally making her debut in late spring 2026! We’re excited to share a first glimpse that highlights her mysterious, yet charming presence. What is this place? What exactly is a Monoid? And who is she, really...? Stay tuned for more details coming soon! Bye-onara for now!”
When will Ingrid DLC come out for Street Fighter 6?
Ingrid will be Street Fighter 6’s final Year 3 DLC character, following the release of Sagat, C. Viper, and Alex. She is set to launch in late Spring 2026, but Capcom hasn’t shared a firm release date for the DLC just yet.
Ingrid will be available via paid DLC, as part of Street Fighter 6’s Year 3 Character Pass, or the Year 3 Ultimate Pass.
