Booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, and mini tins from the expansion remain on schedule.
Pokémon Trading Card Game players in the United States may have to wait a bit longer for one of the TCG’s newest collections.
The delay was announced in a post on Pokémon TCG’s official X (formerly Twitter) account on 29 January:
According to the post, Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution-Ascended Heroes Collection-Erika/Larry product, which was supposed to be slated for release on Friday (30 January) has been delayed to 20 February.
What’s Included in the Erika/Larry collections
The Erika/Larry collections features two separate products, each highlighting a different Gym Leader. The Erika version includes a Tangela promo card from Celadon City’s greenery-filled battles, while the Larry version comes with a Komala promo representing his Normal-type squad in Paldea. Both collections include a metallic coin themed around the featured leader and two booster packs from the Mega Evolution Ascended Heroes set, giving players new cards to add to their decks.
The Erika/Larry product is part of the latest Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion, Mega Evolution—Ascended Heroes, the first few collections of which launched on Friday (30 January). The Mega Evolution Ascended Heroes expansion brings together Trainer’s Pokémon, Stellar Tera Pokémon ex, and both returning and newly-discovered Mega Evolution Pokémon ex cards.
Players can find these cards in booster packs included across multiple products, releasing over the next few months. The expansion adds new options for deck building, letting collectors and competitive players explore fresh strategies while collecting updated versions of familiar favourites.
Other Mega Evolution–Ascended Heroes products arriving from February 2026 onwards
Alongside the Erika/Larry collections, several other Mega Evolution–Ascended Heroes products are scheduled for release in the coming months. The Elite Trainer Box and the Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box, both available on 20 February, include multiple booster packs, full-art promo cards featuring N’s Zekrom, card sleeves, Energy cards, dice, coins, and a player’s guide. The Pokémon Center edition adds two extra booster packs and an additional promo card with the Pokémon Center logo.
Also releasing on 20 February, the Mini Tin series features five different tins with unique Pokémon artwork. Each tin contains two booster packs, a sticker sheet, and an art card from the lid design, which can be combined into a larger scene if all five are collected.

Later, on 20 March, the First Partners Deluxe Pin Collection will provide foil promo cards of the first partner Pokémon Chikorita, Tepig, and Totodile, along with a deluxe enamel pin and five booster packs. The Premium Poster Collection, also arriving on 20 March, includes a full-art foil promo card of either Mega Lucario ex or Mega Gardevoir ex, 10 booster packs, and a large poster featuring the Pokémon.
In April, two more products will arrive. The Booster Bundle, available 24 April, brings six Mega Evolution: Ascended Heroes booster packs together, while the Mega Meganium ex, Mega Emboar ex, or Mega Feraligatr ex Boxes, also available 24 April, contain a foil promo card of the chosen Mega Evolution Pokémon, an oversized lenticular card, and four booster packs.
These upcoming releases expand the options for players and collectors, offering a mix of booster packs, promo cards, and collectible items across the Mega Evolution–Ascended Heroes expansion.
