Looking for Nintendo Switch 2 regional prices? We’ve got you covered.
Nintendo has officially set release dates and local prices for its upcoming console, the Nintendo Switch 2, in Southeast Asia (SEA). The console launches in most SEA regions (namely Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines) simultaneously, with one notable caveat: Malaysia.
Malaysia, which went without a release date for quite some time, will get the console one week later than other SEA countries.
Here are all the SEA regional pricing and release date details you need for the Nintendo Switch 2:

We used the prices listed on Nintendo’s official Shopee stores for Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines to determine each region’s local pricing for the above table. It’s worth noting that the console is now available for pre-order in each of these regions.
Nintendo’s Shopee Malaysia store, however, has only been updated today with a graphic confirming the Nintendo Switch 2’s local release date of 3 July, 2025. It’s likely that pre-orders for the console will open sometime later this week. Until then, we have listed its price based on a graphic circulated by Malaysian retailers today, including Toypanic.
When these prices are converted to US$, it’s clear that Thailand features the cheapest-priced version of the regular console set (US$543), while Malaysia has the most expensive (US$584). As for other regions worldwide, Nintendo has already released the Nintendo Switch 2 in the U.S., the U.K., Japan, Canada, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Australia. The company is also set to release the console in Taiwan on 10 July, 2025.
As for Nintendo Switch 2 games, the company just showed off more gameplay for Donkey Kong Bananza this week.
