BLAST Slam V is a hybrid online and offline (online group stage → offline playoffs) tournament organized by BLAST. This competition features 12 teams, and follows a Round-Robin Group Stage, followed by Play-In, Last Chance Playoff, and Single-Elimination Playoffs. The tournament begins with a Group Stage. All 12 teams compete in a round-robin and play best-of-one (Bo1) matches. The top two teams advance directly to the semifinals; teams placed 3rd to 8th proceed to the Play-In stage; teams placed 9th to 12th move to the Last Chance Playoff. In the Last Chance Playoff, teams play best-of-three (Bo3); the winner advances to the Play-In. The Play-In is also Bo3; the winner advances to the Quarterfinals. The Playoffs are played in a Single-Elimination bracket. Matches are best-of-three except the Grand Final, which is best-of-five (Bo5
