Larl completes the Team Spirit roster

Team Spirit fills in the void left by Alexander "TORONTOTOKYO" Khertek departure with young talent.

Former BetBoom’s 20 years old mid laner Denis "Larl" Sigitov will have big shoes to fill at Team Spirit. He joins the squad two days after the TI10 champions had to wave goodbye to their one of a kind mid laner. TORONTOKYO departed at his own wish, and while his next project is yet to be revealed, Team Spirit is ready to enter the 2023 Dota Pro Circuit.

Team Spirit roster:

Illya “yatoro” Mulyarchuk
Denis “Larl” Sigitov
Magomed “Collapse” Khalilov
Miroslaw “Mira” Kolpakov
Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov

Larl made his competitive debut in 2018, playing for various Eastern European stacks, but it wasn’t until 2021 that he entered the big scene, grinding the DPC circuit with Virtus.pro Prodigy. Mid season this year, he was scouted and brought in at BetBoom Team with whom he played for the first time in the second tour of the DPC EEU playoffs, taking the first place.

His career went to another level when BetBoom Team dominated the Eastern European regional qualifiers for TI11 and claimed the one ticket to Singapore by clean sweeping the Virtus.pro line-up playing under the Outsiders tag at that time.

However, Larl was not the only newcomer on the TI stage in the BetBoom roster this year and that might have been an important fact in their rather poor result. The team got eliminated at the end of the group stage matches and that triggered a full disbandment of the roster.

While his former teammates are yet to officially announce where they landed for the next competitive season, Larl will get to hone his skills even further by playing alongside four TI champions at Team Spirit.
