Middle Eastern Dota league in full swing with ASL Dota 2 Season 1

ASL Dota 2 Season 1 is already underway as the Middle Eastern Dota 2 community continues to grow and find ways to promote local and regional talent and teams.

ASL(All Stars League) is a League series consisting of various game titles for only Middle Eastern countries. It's the first League of it's kind in the region with the purpose of having all of the region's rising teams battle to earn the title as the region's best team and gain exposure and experience to compete on an international level.

Sponsored by AMD, Dell Gaming, XPG & Noor ADSL, this is the first season for Dota 2 with a prize pool worth over 70000 EGP (~$4,000).

We chose the League system to have it more competitive and for viewers to watch all against all, as sometimes viewers want to see more of their favorite team play so they get the chance to do so. The system is where 1 team plays against all 7 others and the winner is the one with highest points at the end of the league.

The season is already underway and will continue until May 3rd, so fans still have a chance to tune in and catch some of the action including the finals HERE. Schedule & Standings can be found HERE.
