The last stop before TI8 on the 2017-2018 Pro Circuit season will be held in Shanghai, China in early June worth $1,500,000 and 2,250 DPC points.

PGL and Perfect World have teamed up to create the season's Grande Finale worthy of talking about and weighted much heavier for teams to be clamoring to attend.

Securing top 4 placement in this event could make or break some teams into the top 8 rankings for a direct invite. With 2,250 points on the line compared to the typical 1500 points for a Major, the distribution will certainly be worth more and highly coveted.

Sixteen teams will be competing, with details on invites, qualifiers, and format to be forthcoming.

The season will be wrapping up with a triple run of Majors leading up to TI8. MDL Changsha Major, China will be held May 14-20th, followed by ESL One Birmingham Major in England between May 23rd-27th and then on to the Super Major June 4th-10th. That means there are less than 3 months left for teams to compete, with only 7 more events listed following DreamLeague Season 9 already underway.

The end is quickly approaching and teams are starting to calculate their odds. So far only Virtus.pro have secured themselves a direct invite to TI8, having already accumulated enough points when they landed in the grand finals of PGL Bucharest Major
