Power Rangers disbands their Dota 2 team

After a long trail of disappointing results and continuous struggles in maintaining a stable roster, Power Rangers have announced that they will be disbanding.

The Belarusian team has been around since 2013, and although they have never been a real threat among the tier one squads, Power Rangers was a strong provider of talented players and a real contender in lower tier events. Players like Akbar 'SoNNeikO' Butaev, Artsiom 'fng' Barshack and Dmitry 'Ditya Ra' Minenkov started their career at Power Rangers before getting recruited by top CIS organizations.

Throughout almost four years of existence in the Dota 2 scene, Power Rangers featured multiple rosters but always kept Alexei 'j4' Lipai and Eugene 'chshrct' Kastrama on the team. chshrct, and j4 (who captained for majority of his time on the team) are now free agents for the first time, having dedicated significant amounts of time to the Belarusian squad, joining back in August 2013.

The disbanding Power Rangers roster:

Ukraine Danilo 'Bignum' Shehovtsov
Russia Afonin 'afoninje' Andrey
Belarus Eugene 'chshrct' Kostroma
Belarus Alexei 'j4' Lipai
Russia Ivan 'Ubah' Kapustin
Romania Grigorie 'KeyaNo' Andrei
