United21 Season 45 is an online Counter-Strike 2 tournament organized by United21. The event features 16 participating teams and uses a format consisting of a Group Stage followed by Double-Elimination Playoffs. The tournament starts with the Group Stage, where the 16 invited teams are divided into four groups of four teams each. These groups follow a double-elimination (GSL) format, and every match is played as a Best-of-3 series. At the end of the group stage, the top two teams from each group—making a total of eight teams—qualify for the Playoffs. The Playoffs are played in a double-elimination bracket, with all matches continuing to follow the Best-of-3 format.
