RESF Open Cup 2023 is an offline C-tier CS 2 tournament made possible by the organizers Russian Esports Federation. This Open Cup consists of 8 teams playing in a Double - Elimination Bracket where they will be competing for the whopping prize pool amounting to 1,450,000₽ RUB. All matches are in a Bo3 Series.
