Hydra Cup #3 is the Third Series tournament organized by Hydra Series. This tournament will be playeed by 16 teams in the Closed Qualifier Stage. These said teams will be divided into 4 groups where they will be playing in a GSL Format and fighting for their spot in the Main Stage. 2 teams will be qualified on each group in the Closed Qualifier Stage.
