Spring Sweet Spring #3 is a tournament organized by Relog Media. The tournament will have Regional Group Stage, Regional Swiss Stage, Main Swiss Stage and Playoffs. In Regional Group Stage, 32 teams will be grouped into 8 groups based on their regions. Top 2 teams of each group will advance to the Regional Swiss Stage. Regional Swiss Stage will be a 16 team swiss league format where top 8 teams advances to the Main Swiss stage to join 8 invited teams. Main Swiss Stage will be another 16 team swiss league format where top 8 teams advances to the playoffs to join 4 invited teams. Playoffs will be a single elimination bracket format.
