EPIC CIS League Spring 2021 is a tournament organized by RESF and Epic Esports Event and part of the EPIC League series. Eight teams from the qualifiers will join the 8 invited teams to the main event. The teams will first play in a swiss format group stage where top 8 teams will proceed to the playoffs. The playoffs will be played in a double elimination bracket format.
