cs_summit 8 is a tournament organized by Beyond The Summit and part of The Summit series. Four top ranking teams from the North American Regional Major Rankings are invited to the Main Event and will be joined by 4 teams from the qualifiers. For the group stage, they will be divided into 2 groups of 4 teams and play in a double elimination groups. Top 2 teams of each group will advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs, 3rd placers will be placed in the lower bracket and last placers will be eliminated.
