After ending his playing career Slaava quickly become a crucial part of ENCE in 2018. Having started playing in the early days of Counter-Strike, his experience and knowledge plays a key role in their lineup. He has pushed the team to new heights and a peak of #3 in the rankings. Besides being a head coach he occasionally teaches in different esports related school programs.
