After leaving StarTale this December, Bomber secures the personal sponsorship of Red Bull. The WCS Season 2 champion will represent his new colors at IEM Sao Paulo, starting tomorrow.

Known for his MLG and WCS Season 2 trophies as well as the infamous "Bomber law" of inconsistency, Choi "Bomber" Ji Sung was one of StarTale's main players since the team's creation in 2010. With numerous premier tournament high finishes behind him including top four placements at DreamHack Summer '11, IPL 5, MLG Fall 2012 and WCS World Championship 2013 in addition to the aforementioned championships became one of the faces of StarTale alongside Zerg prodigy Life.

That is why many community members were surprised to see Bomber depart from the Korean team this December. Choi explained his decision with him wanting to explore more foreign opportunities and even maybe become a playing coach of his own StarCraft 2 team at the end of his career.

A month after his departure from StarTale, it was announced today that Choi will be sponsored by Red Bull, a company which is one of the main sponsors of his former team. Bomber will wear the Red Bull apparel tomorrow as he enters the fray for the $25,000 of IEM Sao Paulo.
