For unrevealed reasons, the ace of team SlayerS Sung Won "MMA" Moon has received the heavy punishment of B-team demotion. The source states that the terran has expressed desire leave the Korean team in search for a foreign one, citing disagreement with the disciplinary action.
A translation of an article by Thisisgame.com states that the demotion has been initiated yesterday, July 16th, and along with his new status of a B-teamer, MMA has also been removed from the team house. No exact reason for the punishment has been given besides that it being an "internal issue of the team".
It has also been reported that MMA is in disagreement of this punishment and has expressed the wish to join a foreign roster. As he's still contract-bound with SlayerS, however, MMA will need team's permission if a transfer should come to pass.
MMA's punishment will not affect his GSL status and he will play his Code A match against Liquid`Hero on July 18th as scheduled.
