The mighty Swedes are the first two revealed participant that will compete in the coming 2011 European Battle.net Invitational. Six more will soon join the tournament to fight for all the monstrous rewards.
Two gold medalists top the Battle.net Invitational player list - MLG Dallas 2011 champion Johan Naniwa Lucchesi of Team Dignitas and TSL 3 winner Marcus Thorzain Eklöf of Mousesports.
The two will fly to Warsaw, Poland with their sight set on a $24,500 prize pool and the right to represent Europe at the Global Battle.net Invitational which is to be held at this year's Blizzcon. Naniwa and Thorzain already met each other at the TSL 3 grand final so this tournament might be the chance for the protoss to get his revenge.
The 2011 European Battle.net Invitational is just in a couple of weeks, kicking in on August 6-7.
