On Sunday, the never-ending rivalry between MeetYourMakers and Templars of Twilight will have another go in the WGTour ClanLeague finals.
The Templars won 4-1 at Los Reyes del Mambo while MeetYourMakers could comfortably wait for their opponents after claiming the top spot in the regular season.
The match takes place on Sunday, December 14 at 21:00 CET.
- We probably have a slight advantage in the 1v1 and ToT in the 2v2. So I hope we can defend our title and win with 3-2, says MaX, manager of MeetYourMakers.
GOsia, Templars of Twilight regular, expects that he and his team mates will win at least two 1on1 matches and that the 2on2 will be the decisive game.
- With strong players such as LJT, Mondragon and XiaOzI we could be favored in here, but previous encounters of both teams showed that MYM's 2v2 shows no respect to anyone, says GOsia.
The game between the two teams in the regular season gave a 3-2 score for MeetYourMakers. Back then, IefNaij, DinOt and White-Ra could be marked for three impressive solo games. The Templars' two points were scored by the Chinese 2on2 duo LJT/XiaOzI, as well as Mondragon's solo win over former ToT player Arew.
Templars of Twilight will have to do without their three newest players, as Shad, Naugrim and AeriALs all signed on to the team roster too close to the final.
