Hidan is officially signed to Misfits after a phenomenal win at the Overwatch Open last week.
It’s safe to say that it was looking a little hazy (to say the least) when Misfits announced that two of their key players weren’t going to be playing at the $300,000 Overwatch Open. With Skipjack having to give the tournament a miss due to family issues and Zaprey quitting, the team really had to step up in order to achieve the victory that they craved. During the Overwatch Open, they were looking as strong as ever though; Hidan, a trialing support for Misfits at the time, showed an unstoppable performance in the crucial moments of the finals. RYB made an appearance as a substitute for Skipjack, proving that he could be the tank that the team needed to push them through.
After winning the Open and claiming their well-deserved victory, Misfits have now officially signed Hidan for their roster! With such a fantastic performance through the Open, Hidan has proven to his teammates that he has what it takes to haul them to victory.
Congratulations to him and we hope they bring even more team synergy the next time we see them on the big screen (sadly not in Asia).
