Alberto "Crumbz" Rengifo will no longer be acting as captain and player for Team Dignitas. The news comes from the player himself as he lays down the reasions in a vlog.
Crumbz took the captainship position with the start of the 2015 spring split, following the departures of the other Dignitas pillars William "Scarra" Li who's now playing for CLG and Michael "imaqtiepie" Santana who went into retirement. Crumbz' job was made even tougher as Dignitas almost entirely restructured their roster during the second half of 2014, including the acquisition of Korean duo Yeong-Jin "Gamsu" Noh and Yong-In "CoreJJ" Jo in December, leaving only Alan "KiWiKiD" Nguyen as a player from the old days.
Now, two weeks after he accepted captainship, Crumbz is stepping down following the horrible results of Dignitas in the NA LCS, and once again the team has to look for substitutions. What's more, Dignitas have to do it while trying to mend their current 1-3 record in the league, after their brutal losses to Winterfox and Gravity Gaming.
Logically, Crumbz points out communication issues within the team as the reason for his stepping down, admitting he "was not the best leader" and "did not get much following".

No longer part of Dignitas, Crumbz's future is uncertain and so is his former team's. The black-and-yellow jerseys are yet to appoint a new jungler, with Rami "Inori" Charagh being the most obvious choice as he's listed as the current official jungler sub for the organization.
Dignitas' next matches are against league leaders TSM on Feb 7th and against Team Liquid a day later.
