Seeded #3, one of the most merited and experienced players were the one who took home the BlizzCon StarCraft Invitational 2005. His name is Hong Jin-Ho, more known as Yellow. This win gives him $10,000, plus a winner trophy!
The tournament turned out to be Korean-dominated, somewhat expected. After the first round in Winner Bracket, all the foreign players was moved down to Loser Bracket, and when the Koreans were moved down to Loser Bracket as well, the foreigners were eliminated. In the Grand Final, it stood between the two KTF members Yellow (picture) and Reach. They had met before in the tournament - in Round 2, where Yellow won and sent his clan mate and friend down to Loser Bracket. Reach then fought his way back, and met his Zerg clan mate in the Grand Final. However, Yellow took home the win, and was thereby crowned BlizzCon StarCraft Invitational 2005 champion!
Another massive and prestigious title
This means that Yellow takes home another massive and prestigious championship title, along with $10,000. Reach will be awarded $3,000 for ending up just after Yellow. You can surely say that KTF had a great weekend in USA, with two of their star players coming out on top.
