S2 Games reveals that this Friday a new patch will be released. The patch will include "some really strong updates", along with 'The Gladiator' hero.
Lulu, staff member of S2, reveal in the Heroes of Newerth forum that the long expected port of the DotA hero Kunkka will be made real. He will go by the name 'The Gladiator'.
We will also be seeing a bunch of miscellaneous balance changes and tweaks, a new item, a function to report players, and a completely new Rampage.
The one-eyed monster 'Gauntlet' will be moved away from Dev Heroes mode, and will also have a set of changes.
To attract more players, they also announce a Free 2 Play weekend where everyone's beta accounts will be eligible for play in the client.
