A line-up of seven will bring the excitement from Hearthstone’s crown event to the streams and live audience.

The Hearthstone World Championship starts in just two days and the caster desk for the $1 million event has just been announced. An almost entirely new line-up of talent has been picked to commentate the game’s crown event, with only Brian Kibler and Dan “Frodan” Chou making a return.

The rest of the line-up is composed of names whose rise to fame has been long and eventful. UK pair of Simon “Sottle” Welch and Alex “Raven” Baguley have commentated almost every HCT event this year, and the same is true for TJ “Azumo” Sanders. Among the HCT newcomers are casting veteran Nathan “ThatsAdmirable” Zamora as well as 2014 World Champion James “Firebat” Kostesich.

The six will be divided into three fixed pairs for the duration of the tournament. The face of Hearthstone Dan “Frodan” Chou will act as the host of the event, stepping down from the casting role.

Host:

Dan “Frodan” Chou

Caters:

Simon “Sottle Welch + Alex “Raven” Baguley
TJ “Azumo” Sanders + Brian Kibler
Nathan “ThatsAdmirable” Zamora + James “Firebat” Kostesich

The start of the World Championship is marked for October 26 at 18:00 CEST, beginning with the opening matches of each group. The pairings are available below.
