$7,300 up for grabs at a new Malaysian amateur Hearthstone circuit

The Dew Challenge Hearthstone event, to start this Saturday, will offer Malaysian residents a chance to earn good money each week for playing good Hearthstone.

Running between October 10th and early December, the Dew Challenge enters as the go-to grassroots events for the Malaysian region. Now that the Road to Blizzcon has ended for the majority of the Hearthstone players, the tournament organizers by Mountain Dew Malaysia arrives at the perfect time to continue to support the growth in one of Southeast Asia’s best Hearthstone nations.

The Dew Challenge circuit will consist of eight qualifiers, held each Saturday at 13:00 MYT / 07:00 CEST and which will be completely open to Malaysian residents. RM 1,700 (~ $420) are on the line for the qualifier tournaments but that’s only half of their prize pool. Each week, the best four players in these preliminary tournaments will punch a ticket to the Dew Challenge grand finals in December, where the ante is raised significantly with RM 17,500 ($4,250) to be split between the top three finalists.

Sign-up links and full coverage is available at the Dew Challenge Hearthstone main page, so if you’re a Malaysian resident and a Hearthstone fan, be sure to check it out, register and show up on Saturday to compete against your fellow card slingers.
