The Hearthstone community is full of talented card designers with fantastic ideas. Tonight, we feature some of the submissions in our card design contest.
Before we dive into card design territory, we'll make a brief stop at the doors of Challengestone. With a new challenge named true highlander, Aleksandr "Kolento" Malsh took the tournament on the back of his Shaman decks. But how did Challengestone sit with us overall? Was the task a step in the right direction in terms of challenging the players and producing better entertainment? Who deckbuilt correctly and who screwed up? How insane is Noxious for bringing Priest?
After we answer all these questions, we'll move on to our main topic - custom card designs. We'll review a total of ten cards submitted to us this month - both good and bad - and discuss in depth what makes a great early game legendary card. Expect heated discussions, and the only reason we're not showing any Hunter cards is because we want to keep TheChiv sane.
