Polish player Mariusz "NotForBan" Racoszy warns his spot in the BlizzCon World Championship EU qualifier by 3-0'ing Hit-Girl in the GosuCup #19 grand final. NotForBan also takes away the regular GosuCup prize of $100.
"A few weeks ago I was playing Hearthstone casual, never hitting more than rank 10. Then, I got into a team, started playing tournaments and wow, now I just won a huge one," said the excited champion after a stellar run through a 430-man bracket. The Pole pinned the astounding run and a score of 19-2, rocking a Hunter deck.
NotForBan not only won the most stacked GosuCup in history, but also survived a tournament chock full of notable names who were fighting for the prizes including ex-Managrind player and GosuCup #17 champion Faramir, eSuba's Alesh, Dignitas' greensheep, MYM's Skip, DKMR's WhtPwdr, PkD's SineX and Via and vVv's Ostkaka.
Aside from the $100, NotForBan will get the chance to compete at the BlizzCon World Championshup EU qualifiers. Should he succeed there as well, he will be travelling to BlizzCon to compete for the $250,000 of the biggest Hearthstone event to date.

Decks-wise, the tournament went under the mark of the Hunter, as expected. The rise of Rexxar in the modern meta left its effect on GosuCup #19 and all three of the top players ran a version of it, some even two. Aside from that, we see Miracle Rogues and Warlock Zoo - also common guests to tournaments all around the world - but seeing how NotForBan lost just two games out of 21 running a Hunter, we can definitely say Rexxar was the flavor of GosuCup #19.
