Tonight, Czech Republic will take on the Swedes in the first round of the Loser Bracket in War for Europe, a part of WGTour's War of the World. The Swedes, coming to the battlefield with 5 losses in a row have a thing or two to prove.
In the first round of War for Europe,
Sweden lost to 
Spain in a close match that ended 4-3 in favour of the Spaniards. With that loss, the Swedish team's losing streak now sums up to five losses in a row, counting the showmatch against 
Infernal Gamers. "Yeah, we have a thing or two to prove," says the Swedish manager. "this is our last chance in War for Europe, and we are already eliminated in UGL Nation Wars Cup." Next try would be the new Nation cup hosted by BW4Ever. Team Sweden will strive to bring their best lineup of course, although some important members seems to be missing.Czech Republic strong with Zerg
Czech Republic on the other hand, who also lost very close in the first round, against 
France, still seem very strong. A month ago they faced 
Australia and won with the clear score, 6-1. The Czechs are known for their great Zerg players, so Sweden will have to bring along a couple anti-Zerg players.

Czech Republic has taken the first blood by winning the first game against U.F.O. KaaZ vs. Nihil are still on hold, Nihil has a bad connection. It seems like Selda will take over for Nihil. Yup.
Czech Republic takes the lead - Raistlin 18:47
CZE|Joe, one of the standins for Czech Republic, took the lead for Czech Republic by beating UFO[SWE] with 2-0. Meanwhile, DaZe took his first game, and TreK lost first game.

With a clear 2-0 win, DaZe takes home Sweden's first match win. The score is now 1-1.
KaaZ wins 2-0 and puts SWE in 2-1 position - 19:08
KaaZ finished his game series against CZE|Selda and won comfortably with 2-0. This pust Sweden in a 2-1 leading position. The remaining two matches are tied 1-1. This is really exciting. 2 2on2 matches will be played as well.
Sweden in the lead, 2on2 matches starting - 19:37
KaaZ/newHABIT and TreK/DaZe are up against Selda/Dera and Gantrior/Joe. The 1on1 matches were won by Sweden. The match between newHABIT and Destroyer were played on two maps outside the War of the World map pool. Waiting War of the World administrator's answer.
Dewadoor replaces KaaZ - 20:00
Due to router problems, Selda and KaaZ could not be in the same 2on2 game, so Sweden replaced KaaZ with Dewadoor instead, and will join newHABIT in playing Selda/Dera. Meanwhile, the other 2on2 match is led by Sweden with 1-0.
Destroyer wins, DaZe/TreK as well - 20:10
After discussions on what to do in the Destroyer vs. newHABIT match, we finally decided that we let the score be as it is, meaning destroyer wins 2-1 even though two games were played on a map outside the map pool. And DaZe just whispered to me and said that he and TreK won their 2on2 match, meaning Sweden at last broke their losing streak. The other 2on2 match is still being played.
Czech Republic wins last 2on2, Sweden wins 4-3
In the end, Czech Republic won the last 2on2 match, where the newly formed team newHABIT and DeWaDoOr played against Dera and Selda. They won quite clearly with 2-0, although it didn't matter much since Sweden had won 4 matches already. A special thanks goes out to CEZlJump who worked out things nicely with me.
