Mousesports has made their re-entry into Dota 2 after a two year hiatus by sweeping up the all Greek squad, formerly known as Ad Finem.
Mousesports has a reputation for picking up teams solely for the purpose of having representation at The Internationals, and dropping them at the first sign of sub-par performance. While this may cause alarm for some, inside sources report that the Greeks have everything under control and are being well taken care of - boosting their confidence in their future and potential results.
- Giorgos "SsaSpartan" Giannakopoulos
On March 7th Ad Finem announced that they will be parting ways with their Dota 2 squad. The big news came one week after the team was directly invited to participate in the Kiev Major and just one month before the big event. It was a surprise to many as the two entities had been working together since December 2015 when the current roster was formed and the all Greek squad was part of the development of the organization at the same time.
The Greeks have been an imposing force in the European region since their inception, when Giorgos "SsaSpartan" Giannakopoulos had once again formed an all-Greek squad, on December 4th, 2015, just in time for the Shanghai Major roster lock.
They have been a stable and constant fixture in the European Dota 2 scene. Since the squad was formed, they have not made any roster changes and have been a source of pride for their nation.

Mousesports Team Tinker roster
On May 8 2015, Mousesports picked up their last squad - Team Tinker, which had just been invited to participate in the TI5 American Qualifiers. As the qualifiers’ favorites, they were surprisingly eliminated by Archon (then known as North American Rejects), 2:1, in the Lower Bracket finals and by mid July the team parted ways with the organization.
Mousesports (often abbreviated “mouz”) is a German multi-gaming organization originally founded in 2002, as a Counter-Strike team. The organization’s Dota team was established in 2007, and managed to become one of the most successful teams in Europe during the following two years. Mousesports switched to Dota 2 in 2011, when they picked up a roster including Weh Sing “Singsing” Yuen and eventually Alaan “Sexybamboe” Faraj.
The organization is known for picking up rosters that participate in The International almost every year, but commonly end up disbanding in the following months.
Mousesports TI2 roster finished last in their group with only two wins.
Mousesports competed in the TI2 West Qualifiers and ended up losing to mTw. However, they struck gold and were able to qualify in the end, after Malaysian team MUFC ran into last minute issues and were forced to withdraw. The news came way too late for team member Alexandru “ComeWithMe” Cr?ciunescu, who failed to secure his visa. Kuro "KuroKy" Salehi Takhasomi filled in for him, during The International 2012.
